All our Prices are included 12% HST (Harmonized Tax) and all outdoor related quality new equipment!!

Grey Wolf Expeditions is committed to provide a high quality outdoor adventure with emphasis on safety, reliability and customer satisfaction.

General Terms and Conditions

We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance in case you or a member of your family become sick and must cancel the tour due to medical reasons. The insurance can be purchased at any travel agency, or you can call our travel agent Market Travel, toll free (US and Canada) 1.800.232.9294.

In order to confirm your reservation, we must receive your deposit as specified on the tour itinerary pages.

Deposit and payments as specified on the individual itinerary pages: We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal and business cheques, groups more than 4 guests are requested to make the final payment 60 days prior to trip departure by cheque.

The balance of your payment is due 60 days prior to departure. If we haven't received your balance payment when due, we reserve the right to cancel your tour. In this case your deposit cannot be refunded.

60 day prior to trip departure we will also mail you our comprehensive information package.

Cancellation Policy

For Multi-Day Tours

If we receive your notice:

• More than 60 days prior to departure, full refund less deposit
• 60 - 30 days: 50% refund
• 29 days or less: no refund

Please note: deposits are non refundable.

For Day Tours

Full refund if notice is received at least 24 hrs before the day of the tour.

Cancellation Insurance

We recommend cancellation insurance in case you or a member of your family become sick and have to cancel your reservations.

Waivers and Releases

All waivers and releases must be signed prior to trip departure!

Medical Forms & Liability Release

Each participant is required to fully fill out medical form and liability release form. Forms must be received by Grey Wolf prior to the trip.

Travel Requirements for Entering Canada

Please check with Department of State for the latest travel requirements for entering Canada. Go to their website here.

Guests Responsibility

Although no previous kayaking or outdoor experience is required on our tours, as with any adventure, there is always an element of risk. We ask that you welcome adventure with an open mind and be able to laugh and have fun when encountering the unexpected. We are dedicated to providing safe, environmentally sensitive, well organized, fun-filled tours. Note: A waiver need to be signed prior every trip.

Accommodations While on Tour

Generally tenting is based on double occupancy. If you are a solo traveler we will do our best to arrange your own tent.
