1. Download, print, and fill out the forms (forms are in PDF format).
2. A deposit of 25% of the trip fee to all tour prices. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
3. Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard.
4. All applicants must sign the release on the Application Form and complete and sign the Waiver Form.
5. Mail or or E-Mail the forms.
